One Hurt in Car Crash on Lake Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe

 
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA (May 24, 2022) — One person sustained minor injuries in a car accident on Lake Tahoe Boulevard near Johnson Boulevard on May 21.
 
According to South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue, the two-vehicle crash happened around 6:40 a.m. For unknown reasons, two cars crashed in front of Beach Retreat & Lodge at Tahoe. As a result, one car flipped over onto its roof.
 
Soon after, firefighters responded to the scene and extricated one person from the overturned vehicle. Officials brought the injured person to a hospital with minor injuries.
 
At this time, authorities have not identified the cause of the accident. However, if anyone knows anything about this crash, please contact the authorities.
