1 Person Killed in Motorcycle, Car Crash on 405 Freeway in Seal Beach

 
SEAL BEACH, CA (May 1, 2023) — One person died in a motorcycle accident on the 405 Freeway near Seal Beach Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal motorcycle accident happened around 3:45 p.m. Sunday.
 
For unknown reasons, an unidentified individual operating a motorcycle near Seal Beach Boulevard crashed into a Chrysler. As a result, the motorcyclist was ejected off the bike and landed on the roadway.
 
The person perished at the scene of the accident. Shortly after, authorities arrived at the scene and temporarily closed the carpool lane to investigate.
