ONTARIO, CA (March 15, 2022) — One person died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Highway 60 near Archibald Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, reports surrounding the hit-and-run arrived around 8:03 p.m. on Saturday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver of an unknown make and model struck a pedestrian on the eastbound highway.
 
Soon after, authorities and paramedics arrived and found the body in the road, confirming the person dead on the scene.
