Deadly Multi-Car Crash at Fair Oaks Boulevard in Carmichael

 
CARMICHAEL, CA (February 9, 2024) — One person died in a 3-car accident at Fair Oaks Boulevard and Shelfield Drive.
 
According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the multi-car crash happened around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday. For an unknown reason, three cars collided including a vehicle that T-boned one of the cars involved.
 
Soon after, Metro Fire Sacramento crews arrived and confirmed one fatality. Three others with minor injuries were taken to a hospital for care.
 
At the time of the report, traffic investigators did not explain the cause of the accident. However, authorities will look into the crash further to identify the factors.
