1 Killed, 2 Hurt in 2-Car Crash on Highway 74 in Lake Elsinore

 
LAKE ELSINORE, CA (May 22, 2023) — One person died, and two others suffered injuries in a 2-car accident on Highway 74 near Hammack Avenue.
 
According to authorities, the two-vehicle crash happened around 5:30 a.m. Sunday. Under unknown circumstances, two vehicles crashed on the westbound side of the highway.
 
A representative from the Riverside County coroner’s office was dispatched to the scene around 6:01 a.m. for a deceased victim. Meanwhile, paramedics took one person to a hospital with moderate injuries and treated another with minor injuries at the scene.
