Summary
Our growing law firm is looking for an energetic Business Development Operations Specialist to help drive new client acquisition and grow the business. The ideal candidate should be organized, resourceful, dependable, and have excellent communication skills. The primary focus of this role is to increase new opportunities, enable team efficiency, enhance the company’s reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research and identify new potential partners and new business channels
- Schedule phone/video meetings to reach out to prospective partners
- Present the value of the firm’s services to prospective partners and clients
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships
- Maintain records in our CRM database
- Assist in the development and implementation of new strategies, tactics, and processes
- Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and track team KPI metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and drive results
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services, industry, and competitors to inform lead generation strategies and tactics<
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related area of study
- 2+ years experience in Client Services, Business Development, Sales, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor team performance and inform improvements
- Experience developing and managing relationships with partners and providers
- The ability to work cross-functionally to drive results and meet deadlines
- Problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
