VISTA, CA (November 13, 2024) — A man was injured in a pedestrian accident on Sycamore Avenue near Watson Way.
 
According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the pedestrian accident happened around 2:00 p.m. Monday. For unknown reasons, a driver struck a man in the 800 block of Sycamore Avenue. Subsequently, San Diego County Sheriff’s Department officers responded to find the man lying on the road. The victim suffered critical injuries and was taken to a hospital by paramedics. Meanwhile, the driver stayed and cooperated with police investigators.
