6 People Hurt, Driver Crashes Into Fresno Bank at Blackstone Avenue
FRESNO, CA (August 18, 2022) — Six people were injured after a car crashed into a bank at Blackstone Avenue and Nees Avenue on Wednesday.
According to Fresno Police, the incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. For unknown reasons, a woman in her 70s was operating a Chevy Silverado with her husband in the passenger seat when she accidentally accelerated.
The truck crashed into Chase Bank in River Park, striking one woman and injuring several others.
Shortly after, paramedics reached the scene and tended to six people with unknown injuries.
