1 Person Killed, Cargo Van Crashes Into Semi-Truck on 210 Freeway in San Bernardino
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (June 13, 2022) — One person died after a cargo van crashed into a big rig on the 210 Freeway near Del Rosa.
According to reports, the fatal two-vehicle accident happened on the eastbound freeway on June 9. For unknown reasons, a driver in a white cargo van rear-ended a semi-truck.
As a result, the driver of the van suffered fatal injuries after being trapped in the wreckage and was declared deceased by County Fire.
Soon after, California Highway Patrol officers issued a Sig Alert for the eastbound side for an unknown duration as they investigated the crash.
At this time, authorities have yet to release information on the leading cause of the crash and the victim’s name. If anyone has more information, please call the CHP officers.
