Woman Killed in Oroville Rollover Crash on Roseben Avenue

 
OROVILLE, CA (May 4, 2022) — A woman died in a rollover accident on Roseben Avenue at A Street on Monday night.
 
According to police officers, the fatal single-car accident occurred around 11:30 p.m.
 
Upon dispatching to the scene, police found a 22-year-old woman, appearing to be the driver, with fatal injuries.
 
Next to her, police found a male passenger who appeared uninjured.
 
Following an investigation, detectives learned that the Acura was heading northbound on Roseben Avenue at a high rate of speed. Subsequently, the Acura crashed into a parked car and rolled over twice before landing on the passenger side.
 
At this time, officers have not confirmed if DUI or distracted driving played a factor in the crash.
