One Killed in Multi-Vehicle Accident at Omega Avenue and Alana Road [Castro Valley, CA]

Afternoon Accident on Omega Avenue in Castro Valley Ends in Fatality

 
CASTRO VALLEY, CA (May 4, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a multi-vehicle accident at Omega Avenue and Alana Road in Castro Valley on Friday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 12:14 p.m. on April 29. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident involved a maroon Ford Focus, a Honda Odyssey and a blue Subaru. One of the vehicles went off the roadway.
 
When officers arrived, they located the Subaru with front-end damage. They also found at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
The name, age and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
CHP officials are still investigating the circumstances of this fatal crash.
