Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Highway 43 at Palmer Avenue in Tulare County

 
TULARE COUNTY, CA (January 30, 2022) – Police confirmed that two people died in a motorcycle crash on Highway 43 on January 27.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened just south of Palmer Avenue around 2:35 AM.
 
Based on a report, a 34-year-old man was driving a motorcycle northbound on Highway 43 with a 21-year-old woman as a passenger in the rear seat prior to the crash. Due to unknown reasons, the driver failed to turn properly on a curve. Subsequently, the motorcycle left the road and crashed into a PG&E power pole.
 
As a result, authorities pronounced the man and woman dead at the scene.
 
No other details were immediately available. At this point, an investigation is ongoing.
