Bicycle Involved in Fatal Accident on Pacific Coast Highway at Big Rock Drive in Malibu

 
MALIBU, CA (December 31, 2021) – Police confirmed that one person died in a bicycle accident on Pacific Coast Highway on December 21.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Big Rock Drive at approximately 4:20 PM.
 
Based on a report, a bicyclist and a vehicle collided in the lanes. However, the details that led to the accident were not immediately available.
 
As a result, first responders pronounced one person dead at the scene. As of now, the victim’s identity is not yet known. In addition, the Los Angeles County Fire Department did not record other injuries in the incident.
 
Also, the crash closed all lanes of the Pacific Coast Highway while authorities worked on the incident.
 
At this time, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
