One Severely Hurt in Accident with Power Pole on San Timoteo Canyon Road

 
BEAUMONT, CA (December 14, 2021) — One person was seriously injured in a crash with a power pole on San Timoteo Canyon Road at Woodhouse Road on Sunday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the single-car crash happened around 8:40 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver lost control of the vehicle, ran off the road and crashed into a power pole. Soon after, CHP officers responded to the unincorporated area north of Beaumont to find the car in the ditch.
 
Due to the victim’s injuries, paramedics transported the patient to Loma Linda University Medical Center with major injuries.
 
At this time, information as to what drove the accident remains unclear.
