30-Year-Old Andrew Zieman Dies after Struck by at Least Two Vehicles in San Francisco

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (November 12, 2021) – Andrew Zieman was killed in a pedestrian accident in San Francisco Wednesday morning.
 
The fatal accident happened around 7:55 a.m. near the corner of Franklin Street and Union Street. According to the San Francisco Police Department, Zieman was walking in San Francisco’s Cow Hollow neighborhood when at least two vehicles struck him.
 
Arriving officers found the victim lying on the ground. Paramedics immediately performed life-saving measures, but Zieman died at the scene. He was 30 years old.
 
Zieman was a paraeducator with the San Francisco Unified School District and reportedly worked at Sherman Elementary School, located at the corner of where the fatal crash occurred.
 
An investigation is still ongoing.
