Deadly Head-On Accident on Highway 121 in Napa Involves Motorcycle and Pickup Truck

 
NAPA, CA (August 22, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a head-on accident on Highway 121 in Napa Saturday morning.
 
The accident happened around 10:54 a.m. on August 21. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Ford Ranger pickup truck collided head-on with the motorcycle.
 
First responders located the motorcycle down in the roadway and the rider suffering from major injuries. The pickup truck sustained moderate to major front-end damage.
 
Despite life-saving measures, the unidentified motorcyclist died at the scene.
 
It is unknown at this time what caused the crash. Further investigation is underway.
