MILLBRAE, CA (August 10, 2021) – Officers confirmed the death of a man following a pedestrian accident on Highway 101 on August 7.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at approximately 1:00 PM.
 
Based on reports, officers with Millbrae Police attempted to detain the victim for walking on the highway. Subsequently, he suddenly ran into the roadway. At that time, an unidentified vehicle struck the man.
