6-Year-Old Dies in Los Angeles Pedestrian Accident near Firestone Boulevard

 
LOS ANGLES, CA (August 3, 2021) — A 6-year-old died in a pedestrian crash near Firestone Boulevard and 87th Street Monday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened just before noon in the Florence-Graham neighborhood.
 
Under unknown circumstances, a driver struck the 6-year-old boy who suffered major injuries. Soon after, paramedics responded and transported him to a hospital where he died shortly after.
