GLENN COUNTY, CA (July 2, 2021) – Officials identified Seth Silver as the driver who was hurt in a two-vehicle crash on County Road M on June 27.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the intersection of County Road 30.
 
Based on reports, Seth Silver, 23, of Newport, Ore., was driving a 2016 Hyundai west on County Road 30 prior to the crash. He came to a stop at the intersection with County Road M. At the same time, Daniel Lopez, 35, of Orland, was driving a 2002 Honda on County Road M. Silver failed to see the Honda approaching the intersection. Subsequently, the front of the Hyundai collided with the side of the Honda.
 
As a result, Silver complained of pain. His passenger, Patricia Eley, 21, of Salem, Ore., was not hurt in the incident.
 
Also, both vehicles sustained major damage.
 
At this point, no other details are available. In addition, the case is still under investigation by the CHP.
