Off-Road Motorcycle and SUV Involve in Deadly Accident on Highway 95 near Needles

 
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA (May 30, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic accident on Highway 95 near Needles Saturday morning, May 29.
 
The accident happened around 7:56 a.m. at Havasu Lake Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, an off-road motorcycle and an SUV collided for unknown reasons. The impact sent the motorcycle down into the roadway.
 
Several other vehicles had pulled over, unknown if they were involved in the collision. One motorist told officers that a vehicle had hit her car.
 
Paramedics performed life-saving aid on the motorcyclist, but the unidentified victim died at the scene.
 
Further details were not immediately available. The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
