Two-Vehicle Accident on Adolfo Road in Camarillo Leaves 1 Dead and 3 Injured

 
CAMARILLO, CA (April 18, 2021) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle accident at Adolfo Road and Mission Oaks Road in Camarillo Friday morning, April 16.
 
The fatal accident happened around 8:05 a.m., about two blocks north of the 101 Freeway. According to the Camarillo Police Department, a box truck and a minivan collided for unknown reasons. The force of the impact pushed the minivan on a curb near the traffic light.
 
As a result, a female occupant in the minivan died at the scene, police said. Her identity was not immediately available.
 
Three others were injured but in stable condition. Two of the patients were in the truck and one was in the van.
 
Authorities are still trying to determine the ultimate cause of the crash and factors involved.
