Samuel Nunez Hits Pedestrian in Fatal Accident on 10 Freeway in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 15, 2021) – Police arrested Samuel Nunez following a fatal pedestrian accident on 10 Freeway on March 12.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Los Angeles Street at approximately 10:45 PM.
 
Based on a report, a pedestrian was walking in the traffic lanes on the freeway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a 2001 Ford Escort driven by Nunez struck the victim. Subsequently, the CHP received calls that multiple vehicles hit the victim.
 
As a result, the victim died at the scene. Officials will release his name after notification of his family.
 
22-year-old Samuel Nunez from Los Angeles remained at the scene. Officers arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence.
