Fatal Car Accident on Highway 395 in Hesperia

 
HESPERIA, CA (February 2, 2021) – One person was killed in a car accident on Highway 395 in Hesperia early Sunday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the car accident happened around 5:40 a.m. near Yucca Terrace Drive. CHP official said a red Ford Mustang was traveling along the northbound shoulder when it crashed for unknown reasons.
 
As a result, the driver sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. Authorities did not release the identity of the driver pending notification of next of kin.
 
The crash caused a closure of Highway 395 as authorities documented the scene.
 
An investigation into this car accident is ongoing.
