MONTCLAIR, CA (February 2, 2021) – A 24-year-old man was killed in a fatal motorcycle accident at Central Avenue and Kingsley Street Saturday evening.
 
According to Montclair police, the motorcycle accident happened around 7:10 p.m.
 
Police said an SUV entered Central Avenue from a private driveway while the motorcycle was traveling northbound on Central Avenue. The motorcyclist was unable to stop or avoid the collision.
 
The SUV and the motorcycle collided, causing severe injuries on the rider. Paramedics rushed the rider to a local hospital, where he later died.
 
It is unknown if the SUV driver stayed of fled the scene after the crash.
 
This fatal motorcycle accident remains under investigation. Police asked anyone with further information to call them at 909-621-4771.
