Leon Parks Jr. Dies in Solo-Car Accident on North Rose Avenue near Cesar Chavez Drive

 
OXNARD, CA (February 1, 2021) — Leon Parks Jr. died in a solo-car accident on North Rose Avenue near Cesar Chavez Drive Wednesday morning.
 
According to reports, the deadly single-vehicle crash happened around 7:40 a.m.
 
For unknown reasons, a 2004 Kia Rio left the road and crashed into a tree. Due to the force of the impact, 71-year-old Parks, of Oxnard, was ejected from the car and suffered fatal injuries.
 
Moreover, the 32-year-old driver and a 21-year-old female passenger and a 36-year-old male passenger suffered unknown injuries. Upon arriving, paramedics transported all three victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
