POMONA, CA (March 20, 2024) — Two people were injured after a car crashed into a medical building on Orange Grove Avenue and Artesia Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the single-car crash happened around 11:15 p.m. Monday. For an unknown reason, a driver speeding on the westbound 10 Freeway plowed through a Do Not Enter sign. Subsequently, the vehicle drove through the intersection, jumped a curb and crashed into a medical building.
 
Minutes later, paramedics arrived and took two people to Pomona Valley Hospital. As a result of the accident, several medical companies were affected. Repair crews were at the site several hours later to tend to the damage, and patients were redirected to different medical facilities.
