Woman Killed, Man Seriously Injured in Two-Car Accident on East Ramsey Street near Phillips Street [Banning, CA]

Two Cars Collide on East Ramsey Street in Banning Killing One and Badly Injuring Another

 
BANNING, CA (July 30, 2023) – A woman died and a man was seriously injured in a two-car accident on East Ramsey Street in Banning Thursday morning on July 27.
 
According to the Banning Police Department, two cars collided in the 1100 block of East Ramsey Street near Phillips Street around 11:10 a.m.
 
Two occupants in one of the cars, an adult male and adult female, were ejected onto the street. Both suffered major injuries.
 
Riverside County Fire Department paramedics rendered treatment at the scene and transported both victims to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs.
 
Sadly, the female occupant did not survive and was declared dead at the hospital.
 
The man’s condition was not immediately available.
 
No one in the other car was hurt.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash is still under investigation. Police asked anyone with further information to contact investigators at 951-922-3170.
