Police Arrest Suspect after Woman Found Dead in Woodland Hills Parking Lot on Victory Boulevard

 
WOODLAND HILLS, CA (October 31, 2022) – A woman in her 40s was found dead on Victory Boulevard at Platt Avenue in Woodland Hills on Friday afternoon.
 
Around 12:20 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department officers found the woman down and suffering blunt force injuries to her head in a parking lot of Platt Branch Library.
 
Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters responded and pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
 
Police arrested a suspect a little over a block away from where the woman was found.
 
No further details were immediately available. An investigation is ongoing.
