1 Dead in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Feather River Boulevard in Oroville

 
OROVILLE, CA (January 2, 2024) — A woman died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Feather River Boulevard near Oroville Dam Boulevard.
 
According to Oroville Police officers, the fatal hit-and-run happened around 11:37 p.m. on December 30. For an unknown reason, a driver left the scene after hitting a female pedestrian at 2690 Feather River Blvd.
 
Oroville Police, Cal Fire and First Responders arrived and found the unconscious victim on the west shoulder of Feather River Boulevard. Despite receiving life-saving measures, she died from her grave injuries at the scene. Officials did not release her name.
