BAKERSFIELD, CA (January 9, 2023) — A woman died after she crashed her car into a parked vehicle on H Street near White Lane.
 
According to reports, the single-vehicle accident happened around 10:16 a.m. Friday. For unknown reasons, a woman driving in the 3100 block of South H Street crashed into a parked unoccupied vehicle. Soon after, paramedics took her to a nearby hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
 
Officials will release the woman’s name once they notify her loved ones.
 
At this time, officers do not believe speed played a factor in the crash. Although, they plan to investigate this case from all angles to identify a cause. If anyone has seen this crash, please call the Bakersfield Police at 661-327-7111.
