Woman Killed in Sacramento Car Crash on Florin Perkins Road

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (May 16, 2022) — A woman died in a car accident on Florin Perkins Road at Elder Creek Road on Sunday morning.
 
According to Sacramento Police, the fatal two-vehicle collision happened around 6:39 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a Ford sedan and a Toyota SUV collided at the intersection.
 
Upon arriving, Sacramento Fire Department officials found one woman with major injuries. However, upon rendering life-saving efforts, crews pronounced her dead shortly after.
 
At this time, the circumstances and liabilities of the accident remain unclear. However, detectives will investigate this case from all angles to determine what had occurred.
