CALIFORNIA CITY, CA (October 3, 2022) – Two people died in a head-on accident at California City Boulevard and Yerba Boulevard on Saturday morning.
 
The accident happened around 6:17 a.m. on October 1. According to the California City Police Department, a 2017 Chevrolet and a 2021 Toyota collided head-on at the intersection.
 
As a result, both drivers of the vehicles died at the scene. They were not yet identified.
 
Paramedics took a third occupant to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
