Semi Truck Overturns on 15 Freeway in Victorville Injuring Two People

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 1, 2023) – Two people were injured in a semi truck accident on 15 Freeway in Victorville Friday evening on February 24.
 
The accident happened around 9:50 p.m. just south of Bear Valley Road. According to the CHP, a tractor-trailer was traveling south on the freeway when it overturned and landed in the drainage ditch that runs along the freeway.
 
Victorville City Fire responded and found two occupants trapped inside the cab. Firefighters extricated them and took them to a hospital with minor injuries.
 
A crew for the company responded to unload the apples that were being transported.
 
No other injuries were reported.
 
The California Highway Patrol Victorville station is handling the investigation.
