WATTS, CA (July 1, 2022) – Two people sustained injuries in a car accident on Compton Avenue in a neighborhood in Watts early Thursday morning on June 30.
 
The accident happened around 2:00 a.m. at the intersection with 111th Street. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a car lost control, took down several fences, hit into several parked vehicles and landed on a front lawn. It also damaged a power pole and some electrical lines.
