2 Semi-Trucks Collide Head-On on Porter Creek Road in Santa Rosa Injuring Two People
SANTA ROSA, CA (October 17, 2022) – Two people were hospitalized in a head-on accident on Porter Creek Road in Santa Rosa on Friday morning, October 14.
The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. at Petrified Forest Road. According the Napa County Sheriff’s Office, two semitrucks collided head-on for unknown reasons. The impact sent one of the trucks into a nearby creek, causing a fuel and oil spill.
A third vehicle was damaged after crashing into the back of one of the semitrucks
Paramedics transported two people to a hospital, one with moderate injuries and the other with minor injuries.
The exact cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
