BERMUDA DUNES, CA (June 13, 2022) — Three people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Washington Street and Avenue 42 on Saturday, June 11.
 
According to Cal Fire, at around 12:17 a.m., officers extracted two people in a sedan from their vehicle. Then they rushed them to the hospital with major injuries.
 
At the same time, first-responders also arrived and discovered a white truck. The truck overturned and hit the light signal box in that intersection.
 
The driver of the truck suffered minor injuries and is also transported to a medical center.
 
Officials diverted traffic as they cleared the area and replaced the signals power box.
 
Authorities are still determining what caused the incident.
