Early Morning Rollover Crash on Vineyard Road in Placer County Kills 3 Men

 
PLACER COUNTY, CA (May 30, 2023) – Three men were killed in a rollover accident on Vineyard Road in Placer County early Sunday morning on May 28.
 
The fatal accident happened around 1:50 a.m. near Cook Riolo Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2008 BMW was traveling westbound at a high rate of speed on Vineyard Road when it lost control. It then rolled over several times and crashed into a power pole.
 
As a result, the three male occupants in the car all died at the scene. They were all 21-year-old Roseville residents.
 
Law enforcement have not yet determined if drugs and/or alcohol contributed to the crash, but will be carrying out a toxicology report.
 
Further investigation is underway.
