Ted Ramirez Charged in DUI Crash on Pacific Coast Highway near Anderson Street

 
SEAL BEACH, CA (February 8, 2022) — 22-year-old Ted Lorenzo Ramirez faces DUI charges following a car accident on Pacific Coast Highway near Anderson Street on Sunday morning.
 
According to Seal Beach police, the single-car crash occurred around 1:12 a.m. For DUI-related reasons, Ramirez lost control of his vehicle and crashed into Taco Surf Restaurant at 6281 Pacific Coast Highway.
 
As a result, both of his passengers suffered injuries, including bone fractures and major head trauma. While one passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the other remains in critical condition.
 
Ramirez was booked at the Orange County Jail.
 
As for Taco Surf, it sustained no major damage. However, this calls for the second time in a year that a car has struck the restaurant.
