Multiple People Hospitalized, 2 Motorcycles, Truck Collide at Apple Valley Road in Apple Valley

 
APPLE VALLEY, CA (February 14, 2023) — Several people reported serious injuries after 2 motorcycles and a truck crashed at Apple Valley Road and Symeron Road.
 
According to reports, the major injury accident happened around 5:28 p.m. Sunday. For reasons that require further investigation, a driver of a Ford pickup truck attempting a turn onto Apple Valley Road crashed into two motorcycles.
 
A man from one bike suffered critical injuries, as well as a male and a female rider from the second bike. At least one person from the truck also reported injuries.
 
Moments later, four helicopters arrived at the scene to airlift the critically injured patients to multiple trauma centers. Authorities do not have confirmation on the ultimate cause of the crash, but a witness did say that the two motorcycles were racing on Apple Valley Road at a high rate of speed before the impact.
