Robert Williams Hurt in Deadly Motorcycle Accident on Foresthill Road near Drivers Flat Road

 
PLACER COUNTY, CA (April 5, 2022) — Robert Williams suffered minor injuries in a fatal motorcycle crash on Foresthill Road near Drivers Flat Road on Sunday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle accident happened around 3:30 p.m. For unknown reasons, Williams from Sacramento allowed his blue Hyundai Sonata to veer from the westbound to the eastbound lane of Foresthill Road.
 
Subsequently, his vehicle drove into the trajectory of an eastbound black Harley-Davidson motorcycle. As a result, both vehicles collided head-on.
 
Shortly after, paramedics responded and brought Williams to Sutter Roseville Medical Center with minor injuries.
 
However, the motorcyclist, who remains unidentified due to pending notification of next of kin, died at the scene. Although his name has not been released, police described him as a 45-year-old man from Foresthill.
 
At this time, officers have made no arrests and the accident is under investigation. However, they have ruled out alcohol and drugs as possible explanations for the accident.
