Richard Wooters Killed in San Bernardino Pedestrian Accident
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (November 3, 2021) — Richard Wooters died in a pedestrian accident at Highland Avenue and Arden Street on Thursday night.
According to a coroner press release, the fatal pedestrian crash occurred around 9:32 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in an unknown make and model struck 53-year-old Wooters, a transient in San Bernardino. Soon after, paramedics arrived and shuttled him to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
However, despite receiving life-saving efforts, Woosters succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
At this time, investigators have not released information on the driver involved or how the crash occurred. However, an investigation into this deadly incident remains.
