Joseph Delbert Dies in Bicycle Crash on Cajon Boulevard near State Street

 
MUSCOY, CA (November 3, 2021) — Joseph Delbert died in a bicycle accident on Cajon Boulevard near State Street on Thursday, October 28.
 
According to a coroner’s press release, the fatal bicycle crash happened around 3:57 a.m. For unknown reasons, 32-year-old Delbert crashed his bike in an unknown manner. Reports did not indicate whether a driver struck him or not.
 
Shortly after, First Responders and San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrived at the scene. There, medics administered life-saving efforts to the seriously injured cyclist. However, efforts fell short, and Delbert succumbed to his injuries at 4:10 a.m.
 
Following the accident, police canvassed the scene for clues on the cause.
 
At this time, the California Highway Patrol has no information on how the bicycle crash occurred. Although, we will update this report once we receive additional information.
