Reva Moses, Torrance Randle Jr. Killed, Iman Gullatt Charged in DUI Car Crash near Laguna Drive and Holly Drive

 
TRACY, CA (April 23, 2024) — Reva Moses and Torrance Randle Jr. died in a DUI car accident near Laguna Drive and Holly Drive early Sunday.
 
According to Tracy Police, the drunk driving crash happened around 5:20 a.m. For DUI reasons, 24-year-old Iman Gullatt, of Tracy, lost control of his gray Dodge Charger and collided with a parked Chevy pickup truck.
 
Subsequently, police and paramedics arrived and confirmed two fatalities. They identified a 24-year-old female passenger — Reva Moses — and an 18-year-old male passenger — Torrance Randle Jr. — dead on arrival. In addition, they found a 15-year-old boy with serious injuries before taking him to a hospital.
