Philip Rincon Dead in Rear-End Crash on 15 Freeway near Oak Hill Road

 
CAJON PASS, CA (July 30, 2021) — Philip Rincon died in a rear-end accident on the 15 Freeway near Oak Hill Road Sunday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident happened around 4:00 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a BMW rear-ended a Toyota sedan. Even while traveling at slow speeds, the Toyota swerved and struck another vehicle due to the rear-end impact.
 
As a result of the crash, the Toyota sustained major damage to its back and ended up facing sideways on the northbound 15 Freeway. Soon after, San Bernardino County Fire responded and pronounced 40-year-old Phillip Laurence Rincon dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported the BMW driver to a hospital with unknown injuries.
