SANTA BARBARA, CA (March 31, 2022) — One person was injured in Wednesday’s motorcycle accident at Hutash Street and Voluntario Street.
 
According to Santa Barbara Police, the motorcycle crash happened around 4:45 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a motorcyclist collided with a Lexus SUV on Santa Barbara’s east side.
 
Due to the manner of the accident, the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and required hospital care.
 
Shortly after, paramedics reported to the scene and brought the victim to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
