Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on Highway 12 in Suisun City

 
SUISUN CITY, CA (May 15, 2022) – A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 12 in Suisun City, early Saturday morning on May 14.
 
The fatal crash happened around 2:14 a.m. at Emperor Drive. According to the Suisun City Police Department, the pedestrian was either walking to standing in the area when a vehicle struck them.
 
After the crash, the involved driver sped away before officers arrived.
 
The victim, whose identity was not immediately available, suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
 
At this time, police are still investigating the fatality and on the lookout for the hit-and-run suspect.
