1 Dies in Pedestrian Crash on 110 Freeway in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 3, 2025) — A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car on the 110 Freeway near 1st Street Saturday morning.
California Highway Patrol officers responded to a pedestrian accident report around 6:30 a.m. Upon arrival, authorities learned that a driver struck a person lying on the freeway’s southbound lanes. Investigators determined that the victim was likely on the interstate before any vehicles approached him or her.
The driver of the Honda Civic pulled over and waited for the authorities to arrive. Authorities believe other cars might have struck the victim.
