Motorcycle Rider Suffers Major Injuries after Colliding with Sedan on 15 Freeway in Cajon Pass

 
CAJON PASS, CA (December 22, 2023) – One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on 15 Freeway in the Cajon Pass Monday afternoon on December 18.
 
The accident happened around 12:51 p.m. about two miles after the Highway 138 exit. According to the California Highway Patrol, the victim was riding a super sports bike when they collided with a white BMW sedan on the northbound 15 Freeway. The impact ejected the rider from the bike.
 
First responders found the rider lying in the traffic lanes. The rider was able to crawl to the center divider of the freeway.
 
Paramedics took the rider to a local trauma center with major injuries.
 
The driver of the BMW stayed on scene and was unharmed.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
