One Suffered Fatal Injuries in Two-Car Accident on 710 Freeway near Willow Street

 
LONG BEACH, CA (July 12, 2022) — One person died following a fatal two-car crash on 710 Freeway on Monday, July 11.
 
The collision occurred shortly after 5:00 a.m. on the northbound 710 Freeway near Willow Street.
 
California Highway Patrol said the vehicles involved in the crash blocked several lanes. At the same time, it prompted an immediate Sigalert in the area.
 
The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately available.
 
CHP then later reported that the incident was a fatality at about 6:30 a.m.
 
There was no known duration for the Sigalert. Officials also advised the drivers to look for alternate routes as the No. 1 and No.2 lanes as they conducted their investigation.
