Motorcyclist Dies after Colliding with Another Vehicle on 215 Freeway in San Bernardino

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (October 3, 2023) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident on 215 Freeway in San Bernardino late Monday evening on October 2.
 
The fatal accident happened around 11:10 p.m. just north of the Inland Center Drive exit. According to the California Highway Patrol, the victim was riding the motorcycle when they collided with another vehicle in the fast lane of the southbound freeway.
 
San Bernardino County Fire Department crews responded and found the rider ejected from the motorcycle.
 
Despite life-saving measures, the rider was declared dead at the scene. Their identity was withheld pending notification of next of kin.
 
At this time, the circumstances of the crash are still under investigation.
